Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

During busy periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify customers if there are any significant delays.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United Kingdom and internationally.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.


Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Typical estimates:

  • UK: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • International: 5–15 business days after dispatch (depending on destination)

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or factors outside our control.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country.

We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. Failure to pay customs charges may result in the parcel being delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities. We are not responsible for this.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

Please check your address carefully before completing your order.


Risk & Title

Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier, risk and title pass to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the parcel is in transit.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided.

If further assistance is required, contact us at supplies@lusciouslashes.co.uk and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for parcels delayed or lost by third-party couriers.


REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Hygiene & Safety Policy (IMPORTANT)

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered-with cosmetic products.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Lash glues / adhesives

  • Removers

  • Primers

  • Cleansers

  • Liquids and chemical products

  • Lash trays once opened

This policy is in accordance with UK consumer law hygiene exemptions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report a faulty or damaged item, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in the claim being rejected.

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • A store credit
    (at our discretion)


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.


Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind on hygiene-sensitive cosmetic or chemical products.

Unopened items may only be eligible for return if expressly stated in writing by us and must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Refused or Uncollected Parcels

If an order is refused, uncollected, or returned to us due to:

  • Failure to pay customs charges

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to collect from courier

Any return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.
